Got a brand-new and spacious room equipped with a refrigerator, coffee, and supplies. Enjoyed a great breakfast that included real bacon and eggs to kickstart the day. - Welcoming and courteous staff members made the stay even more pleasant. - the hotel is conveniently located near the Cleveland Clinic, making it a great choice for visitors.

So far the best accommodation on this trip. Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Simple check out. The majority had the choice to do without plastic crockery.

The hotel was functional and clean, overlooked courtyard. The staff were pleasant and incredible. My twin/double room was brand-new with a safe box, cable television and a coffee machine. It was in a favourable and absolutely perfect location next to shopping locations and the Cleveland clinic. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Winking Lizard Tavern. I liked spending time here.

Room with a courtyard view here was peaceful and quiet. We stayed in a twin/double room that was super modern and felt brand-new! 🌿

The hotel has a marvelous location near a great bar with friendly service. I really enjoyed staying in the big-sized room with a bathroom from ceiling to floor.

There was only one towel in the room and I had to ask for more.

Found a dirty sock left in my room when I entered... just gave the feeling the whole room wasn't cleaned..

The staff here was very accommodating and exceptional at handling all our requests, and we really liked the room and the super comfy bed.

The housekeeper entered my room 3 times before 10:30 am while my son and I were in the room. The first time not even a knock just opened the door. I then put the do not disturb at 9:00am because my son was still sleeping. Again she entered the room anyway. Then the third time she knocked a little and again entered the room. Check out was 12:00 noon.
